How to buy anything you want Change the way you think
If you see something expensive you want to buy and you say I can't afford it.
Then you will never be able to afford it.
Your mind is a powerful thing and by simply saying you can't do something it will stop you from doing it.
To change this all you have to do is change the sentence from
I can't afford it too, How can I afford it.
By making this simple change in the way you say thing, it will change your thought process.
So instead of thinking you can't afford and moving on.
You think ok how can I get the money I need to buy this opens up your mind to new possibilities and ways of making money or increasing your revenue.
Here is just one example of how this can work
The other day the kids wanted me to look at buying a mansion and I came across this 10 bedroom mansion at the meager price of £1,100,000
How can you afford this?
I don't care if you have 10 mil in the bank or 0 how can you afford this?
1st you got to do some math
To buy a house like this you will have to pay an upfront payment of 10%
That is £110,00 up front.
Then mortgage payment of £6,430/ month based on a 25 year mortgage at 5% you can get lower rates
Now realistically, You could not buy this unless you were making £8,000 to £10,000 a month
So how you you do it?
To make the £110,000 you will have to hustle, bust your ass working and saving every penny you can.
You could save this in about 5 to 10 years with a normal wage in the UK depending on how much you make/spend.
Now you have saved up and have the deposit how can you make £6,430 per month + extra for expenses, gas electricity, ECT
You can do this by renting out a few rooms, you got 10 rooms after all :D if you don't mind sharing for 25 years that is.
You can keep 3 rooms for yourself and family and rent out the other 7 for £1000/ month that's £7000 a month
That you just covered the cost of your mortgage + and extra £570 a month.
After 25 years you will have a fully paid of £1,100,000 house all to yourself + you have made an extra £171,000 from the rents - expenses probably around £100,000 pure profit.
all you had to pay up front was £130,000.
I have not done all the math on running costs, rents, vacancies or repairs,
So before you go out and buy a mansion you will have to do your own math and research yourself.
This is just an example of how you could afford something you think you could never afford.
