I’m so confused at this point. Not sure what to write my article about. My niche is fashion fitness. Not sure of what even the product would be. I am extremely new to all
You shouldn't think about products yet to promote. This comes later. think about content for your site first to get an audience and gain ranking.
Write anything related to fashion or fitness or health or food. There are so many articles that are related to a niche - 1000s of articles come from that.
Check out keyword research tutorials as is given as well in the course.
If you click on the search box in the top and type a couple of words, you will find lots of tutorials and blogs on how to do stuff.

In fact You can write about anything associated with Your niche. So, if You want to write about fitness first, just do it. Along the way You should definitely also consider doing diligent keyword research before writing an article, so that You attract as many potential buyers to Your website, but at the beginning, just writing about what You want (as long as it's connected to Your niche as I said earlier) should be fine.
If You don't know yet what products to promote, also that is fine at this point. You can and will find awesome ways to monetize Your website later.
