A Gift For All.

Hello, my fellow Affiliate Marketers!

Over the last 18 months, like many, I have learnt a lot here. Even though I came from a web design background, internet marketing was a relatively new concept to me; sure, I'd heard the term and vaguely knew what it meant, but that was the limit.

So, 18 months on. Where am I now?

There are some things that I've done really well; I can make reasonably well structured and visually appealing websites. Personally, I think this is a massive driver for success.

We're fickle beings; if something looks 'pretty', we tend to give it a chance. I say 'personally' because I know people who have sites that are simple in design and work very well, that's just my take.

Of course, there are things that I could improve on. My biggest challenge is content writing... Yes, anyone can type garbage from their thoughts; making that, firstly, not garbage and secondly purposeful is a challenge for me.

Trust me, I've re-written this post 3 times already, and we're like, what? 4 paragraphs in?!

What's the plan here Martin?

Great question! Let's do something a little different; a social experiment shall we say!?

Although content writing is something that I am actively trying to improve, there is parts of this 'internet marketing' process that I enjoy and feel I have got a fair handle on. Maybe, dare I say, expanded on it a little in a way that suits my style.

So, let's have a trade...

What I want from everyone here is harsh criticism. I mean, go deep as far as you can go!

I'd like you to all kindly critique my upcoming posts, honestly and constructively. Whether you feel my sentence structure is wrong, it's not emotive enough.. basically, anything you can add that will help I want to hear it.
