Why Can't I Tweet WA Links?

So, I found some inspiring WA content - not too hard to find - and I began sharing it all over. The problem arose when I tried to tweet. Apparently Twitter decided the links are "spammy or unsafe" ...Wow. Any work arounds?

I heard at one stage that someone spammed a lot and got WA banned...not sure if that is accurate and it was a while ago
