Whenever I am clueless I turn to the wisdom of nature for inspiration. I have found so many answers to the myriad of questions in my life. I got lost in the forest one night during a night walk and I had no idea which way to turn to head back out of the forest, so I just had to ask a tree and instantly the way out was pointed out to me. I was grateful because It was very dark and I didn't have my phone with me.

I have in many occassions I have looked to nature for guidance and so today I had no idea what to

write about in my WA blog as I only write when I am impressed and inspired to write on a subject when it flows to me naturally. So I looked to nature and I was inspired to write this concise, hopefully inspiring post that will improve someone's liffe.

How to effortlessly Increase productivity:

  • Focus and work for 90 minutes time spans between tasks then take a break for about 20 minutes, do some excercise, take a walk, water your plants or flowers, take a shower, read a book or do something that is fun for you. It is said that the human body's rhythm is in tune with this idea and therefore will perform best this way.
  • Allow yourself a short season of grace at least once or twice a year when you go to a goal free zone. During this time do not think about work or your goals at all and then as soon as this season is over switch back to focusing on your goals completely. I think perhaps the French had this in mind when they invented the idea of: "reculer pour mieux sauter" [Pull back before taking a better jump forward]

Well, please share your thoughts and your own ways to get inpiration, comfort, support and wisdom below and please like my article if it makes you smile, inspires you or even if you think: "what a lunatic!"

Talking to a tree is lunatic but I get the big picture and I like it! Your likes were set at 20 and I am making it 21. I would make it even more but we're only able to select once. Just kidding about the lunatic thing(lol). This is an inspirational piece of work.

Thanks Vernitha, I am glad you enjoyed the post. :)

Thank you Kimberleigh. I needed the idea of the work cycle, too often I just work and work and never seem to get anywhere. I will definitely try to balance out my time with breaks to enjoy life.
Ray

Thanks Ray, I am glad my post has been a contribution towards your productivity.

Hello, I think you are closer than many out there, in understanding that the Forest have their own, and you are lucky, not Lunatic!

I admire you for boldly write about the threes and that they help you out! you know, I do try to explain what it's out there, I have spent hours meditating and do my TAI CHI in such places were deep in the forest you can start to visualize the unseen ..... and so on, you are not the only one that talks to threes ..... and yes I do get inspired, comforted and directed toward the right way to approach that particular task. Plus after been there I feel recharged and fresh.

Thank you for sharing such a good post which I can relate so much!

have a lovely Day

Hi Kimberleigh, great post. Thank you

Thank you Michael!

Hi Kimberleigh, thanks for a bit of natures inspiration, we all need a break and your lunatic ideas resonate very well with me.
Paul

Thanks for your lovely comment Paul! :)

I’m clearly a lunatic myself - who doesn’t love getting into the hills every day with the dogs and enjoying the fresh air, the sound of nature and watching the changing seasons.

Great time to reflect, ponder and work out what’s next...

Great Post
Thanks

Oh Yes! The changing seasons that happen so seamlessly... :)

I love the great outdoors. It inspires me. I would much rather go on vacation to a national park than go to a theme park.

I have learned to do the thing I dislike the most, or the hardest thing first. That way, you save the funner stuff for after the harder task is out of the way.

I'm here right now because I have my content goal for today completed, so now I getta hang with all of you, the funner part of WA!

Doing what you hate or fear the most first is definitely a great mindset to have. Thanks for an Awesome comment Rhonda! We are totally thrilled and blessed to have you here hanging out with us.

Hey Sytemsinc,
I cannot agree less on the ground of my firm belief that the voice of nature in the voice our almighty GOD the creator and designer of nature
God is awesome in all his works!
Cheers.

I have spent a good part of my life in the wilderness - in the woods - and I truly believe that one finds themselves close to "The Spirit That Moves In All Things", when "Out-There"

To paraphrase Henry David Thoreau :

"I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived."

I have been lost at times, but I have Never been "Lost"

Thank You for your post, M'Friend

Joe

Thanks Gorgeous Joe! Yes, there is total acceptance in the wilderness, so much love and meeting of oneself... Thank you my friend.

I love it! I am the exact same way!! Outdoors is where its at for me.
