Let's talk grammar
I just went through WA Bootcamp lesson 6 phase 1. It did take me long but at the end I felt that I made a huge advance. English isn't my native language so writing my theme pages was a bit of a challenge. I started to look around to get some ideas about how to express what was in my mind and jumped into a comment posted at a website where the owner claimed to be an expert entrepreneur. It was a rather harsh comment mocking the site's owner, telling him that although he could be an expert entrepreneur, she couldn't possibly take seriously ideas expressed in a language so plagued with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors (which I wasn't able to spot).
I had already noticed that the writer we use checks for spelling so I was confident that everything was OK which just proved to be wrong. After reading the post, I went ahead and looked for a grammar checker and filtered everything that was already in my site. I just can't even getting started telling you how shocked I was with the many grammatical errors the checker found.
My point is that if we really want to look professional - and I believe we should - taking a few minutes just to be sure that there are no grammatical or spelling errors in our writing might be worthed.
I HOPE that there aren't any in this my first blog!!!

You have made a very valid point. Spelling and grammar are important. Grammar checkers can also be a helpful aid. I totally agree with you.
Spelling and grammar are important. But to mock somebody about it shows me that the person doing it isn't very nice unless the tone was helpful. Yes there is a tone in writing. Be proud as you are multi-lingual. Good luck my friend in any language.
