Been trying and am unsuccessful.
The starter membership is a test trial only plus the free site rubix site is a test site to show you the basics of how to build the framework of a website and doesn't get indexed.
Starter membership is there to show you how to build a website with the lessons given and also to see if this is something you wish to pursue.
If so once you upgrade to premium or premium plus you unlock all the other training, resources, and tools to take you further.
Should you decide to upgrade you are also given free credits (34)to purchase 1 dot com domain if going premium or enough credits (68) to purchase 2 dot com domains if going premium plus.
Once you upgrade what you have created on your free domain you can then transfer that to your own domain without having to re-start all over again and you continue to create content based on your choosen niche.

You need to upgrade your starter account to be able to log in to your draft website and build your content.
When you upgrade, you can get to claim a FREE .com domain. Then, you can apply the MOVE feature within your site manager to move your draft to your premium domain name.

How can i build a website from free domain?

From the credit dashboard menu, can i earn a domain? How?
You get a domain when you upgrade to a Premium level membership. Sometimes we run challenges where you could potential earn cash credits and win a domain name, but you will need to be a premium level member in order to host your own domain names.
To earn a domain you need to refer people to Wealthy Affiliate or become a certified commenter and earn cash credits. I do however notice you are a free member and hosting for a domain name comes with a paid membership. Free members only get a subdomain on the siterubix platform.
Once you upgrade your starter account, you get a free .com domain name that you can claim.
