Every website owner must know that SEO is important if you want to drive more traffic to your website. Search Engine Algorithm is getting updated constantly and you should update yourself to get the best results out of it.

I am going to list out the top 3 SEO mistakes to avoid.

Don't try to fool search Engine : Search Engine Algorithm is much more intelligent that most of us think. If you show a different content (keywords spamming, hidden text) to your search engine and to your visitors, search engines can find that. In worst case scenario, it can even ban your website from being listed.

Most search engines list the use of keywords to avoid keyword spamming. So, use natural and opt keywords to avoid getting banned.

Avoid using Flash: Even though some search engines started reading flash contents nowadays, It may use warning signs before loading it in mobile sites if the mobile doesn't support flash files. It usually gives option to see the site, still it's 50% chance that the visitor may not visit your site. So it's better not to use flash unless it's highly needed.

Not using Keywords in Title: Adding your company name in the title makes sense, still consider adding the keywords too for better ranking. Search engines doesn't value your company name but your keywords does have value attached to it. Adding keywords in first & last paragraphs, title and in your post headings.

Good Luck :)

Thank you Syed for the insights and for sharing these.

I agree, flash is terrible and pretty useless with HTML5 and CSS3.
