My first niche in Health and Wellness apparently wasnt that great so now,Id like to change my website to something in Real estate how can I change it since my website I did st
I think your first choice is great, if you are passionate about it. Natural remedies etc are something everyone wants to know about. Just give it time and keep writing.

Maybe you were supposed to look at another way how would you construct your words and not use the much common words in your niche.. I think it would work too.

You'll be surprised to see how popular the health and wellness niche is. This niche has so many contents to add over time. If you have experiences with it, you can write about them and promote supplements, programs, or an E-book created by you, that you've used to better your health.
Real Estate can be boring and not that much content to add later. I think the only time a Real Estate can be interesting is when you post something about buying and selling houses (educational) or just doing house listings.
If you've already bought a domain under the health and wellness niche, it impossible to change it to another name. You'll have to buy another domain under Real Estate.
If you're have good knowledge or find them very interesting with both, I'd say keep them both. Just in case you reached writer's block on one of them, you'll have something to write with on the other one. It's all up to you friend.
I also see that you're fairly new here. In that case, it is recommended that you concentrate on one website with its contents. So, if you've already bought the website domain about health and wellness, you could deactivate hosting, and reactivated it later.
This will give you time to work on the Real Estate website.
All the best!
