where do I need to past the google adsense code on my web to link them
It needs to go into the header of your site.
I suggest you use a plugin called Ad Inserter. It has a header option in the settings where you can paste the code.
As an added benefit, if you don't like the auto-placement, you can set up ad blocks and use Ad Inserter to control ad placement.
Thank you. I am not sure if I would like the ads on my site but like kyle said, you needs to try everything
