My bottom is Numb

So, I am going through the Affiliate Bootcamp (course 1) and I realize I have been working and researching for several hours. I get to the next class and Kyle says to take some time off.

What a wonderful surprise Kyle! (this reaffirms me, I am definitely in the right place.)

I stand up to eat #1 and go brush my horse..that's when I realize my bottom end is numb! From now on I have to make myself stop working for a few minutes. I am a very active person...just got my black belt...so this sitting thing, is as new to me, as building a web site. So for all the numb butts out there...don't forget to keep that blood flowing!

Yes, if you are an active person at heart, bottom can be very numb. I like the idea of an exercise ball. Wow, great suggestion, Jay! I'll have to try that one. Nice picture SuzeQ, beautiful horse. It must help to keep the blood flowing for sure. Keep at it! But as soon as you bottom is numb, get out, take some fresh air or one of your favorite activities. I want to a bazaar this morning, a good walk and fun, an idea keeps popping in my head.

Hi Susan,

I think it is awesome that your bottom end is numb!
Because it shows that you are absorbed in the information that you are reading. So, way to go!

Solution 1: Work while you are standing.
There are some desktop extenders that can raise your laptop or monitor to a standing eye level.

Solution 2: Sit on an exercise ball
Using one of those giant exercise ball allows you to shift your weight around.

Hope this helps,

Cheers!
Jay

thanks Jay...sitting on my ball now. Helps with posture too!

Great advice if you aren't as uncoordinated as I am. Talk about a wrecking ball...
