Pay It Forward
Hello all,
I know we have all heard pay it forward. Today, it rang true for me. On the way to my second job, I realized my gas guage took a sudden dip to E. I went to the only and closest gas station. I figured since I was paid tomorrow, I would just put $2.00 in the tank, which would tide me over until I did get paid. Also, I was sooooo broke, that was all I had on the ole debit card. The cashier told me $5.00 minimum for a debit card purchase. I had no cash either, so I just stood there, knowing I did not have enough gas to get home later that night. I did not know what to do, and I was about to leave, a guy in line said "How much do you need"? I replied $2.00. He paid the $2.00 for my gas, a total stranger! I vow to do the same the next time I'm in line for someone else, if I can. The same goes for WA, so many people pay it forward, and help other members, that is what keeps us going! What a great organization, where we all work together and we genuinely want each other to succeed. The way I see it, we can all be wealthy affiliates, (emphasis on wealthy) Help someone out, whenever you can.
Thanks, and have a $$$$$ great day!!!

I love stories like this Susie. I was behind a gal in the grocery store who was trying credit card after credit to no avail. The amount was under $20 and I gave it to the cashier to pay for her groceries. She wanted my address so she could repay me, but I told her it wasn't necessary. I had this huge warm glow afterwards, and on top of that my wife gave me a big hug and kiss and told me how much she loved me. But the real kicker was the next day the client I was working for handed me a 20 dollar bill and said "here lunch is on me"
Wow. I really love that story, especially the part about your wife being so happy. The 20 dollar bill really blew me away, that is living proof that pay it forward really works. Thanks for the story.
That is kinda funny because last Friday I was at the convenient store and a young gal got gas and a drink and when they ran her card she was $2.50 short, so I winked at the guy because I am in there daily. and then I paid the $2.50.
She was so excited and thanked me. feels great to do
