This depends on your domain registrar. Usually there is a period of time after the domain transfer is initiated when the domain registrar waits to see if the owner wishes to cancel. This can be up to 7 days, but after that period is over, the domain will transfer over. Check your email because there is sometimes a link sent from the domain registrar to expedite the transfer.
Something like:
"If you wish to transfer the domain immediately, click here"
Again, this depends on where your domain is currently registered, but that's pretty common to have a 7 day wait period before the domain actually moves over.

That’s what I REALLY need. Dang😔?
don't be in a rush to get your com site - start with a siterubix and make sure you are settled in your niche
then look around for a good name and make sure you check whether it can be used in social media for branding....
then go get one and use your preloaded credits to pay for the year...
you will be paying next year - so an incentive to make some money to pay for this platform and the domain....

make sure hte spelling is correct as it cannot be changed...
you pay with credits ( which have been added to your account) at the checkout ....
Then you may go to Site Builder.

One dot com domain equals 30 credits.
