I want to find out the cheapest and best way to advertise. I was recently scammed out of $5,000 and I want to advertise for information about the man that did it. He is in the UK
I want to expose him. I have opened a new page called Name Dating Scammers and I am going to approach currant affairs tv programs in the UK, US and Australia in the hope that I can raise awareness on how these men work and what they do. He is a very good con artist and it it my belief he is working a number of women at once. I felt by doing some Facebook advertising it may help to get his face out there and hopefully convict him.

This really stinks that it happened to you. And I can totally understand your frustration and your motivation to warn others.
But you may want to seek legal advice in regards to what kind of recourse you may have and ask if invoking smear campaigns (even if deserved) are the correct approach. You may not see them as smear campaigns but lawyers and courts have a funny way of twisting facts. Such campaigns have the potential to backfire and could possibly even hinder investigations and cause the culprit of these crimes to go free.
A better approach may be to warn people about situations that are similar to what you went through without mentioning exactly who was the culprit. You are allowed to state your experience (perhaps without mentioning any names or companies, etc.) and explain how it affected you. Others may recognize the same person's tactics when they are confronted by them.
If nothing else, the legal professional can give you the green light if he/she believes it's okay to go forward with bringing to light specific individuals or companies.
I'm not trying offer up any kind of legal advice as I am not qualified. But I think caution is warranted here.
Best Regards,
Jim
Thanks Jim. Fair comment. I really want to get him convicted that is why I decided to publish his photo. I may need to rethink it though. Thank you for your imput!

I am looking for a free product if possible which works well and easy to do. Thank you
I've made two videos from wedding photos using Microsoft Movie Maker. You can add your own music, choose how long to show each photo and add transitions from one photo to the next. It's FREE from Microsoft. If you have a Mac I can't help. ~Marion
Sue, I sent you a PM about Animoto.
Hope it will help. I also placed a few URL's as a couple of examples for you to take a look at.
Not sure if WA will allow them to go through.
If you still want to have a look at them, PM me back and I give them to you through email.
I no longer promote those products, in fact, the website I had is now gone.
What can I say? Except I'm having way too much fun with WA !
:) Tom
You can import still photos into Microsoft's Live Moviemaker (free download). You can set the duration for each photo individually and put a number of different transitions between them.
Here's a quick demo that I made from a few random shots:

Hey Susan,
Many people like to use Animoto.com which has both a free and a paid version.
