Love this blog post! I really think one of the best things we can do for ourselves in to learn to filter out the negativity and give our attention to the positives in life. It is so hard to do sometimes! I think we all struggle with this. However, once we can actively work towards concentrating on the blessings in life, it becomes easier to let the negativity slip away.
