How Was Your Weekend?
Howdy,
I hope you had a good weekend. I know that many are stressed out due to the virus I don't really know of anyone that's not at least concerned. Let's just stick you our faith and each other and we will be alright.
I've worked off and on this weekend doing some writing and learn something I think I knew in the back of my mind but didn't want to admit. I have gotten a bit sloppy with my writing. Feed back I received pointed that out and I really am grateful.
My problem in part is there is so much going on and I get side tracked very easy, plus I have gotten a bit lazy as well, so my goal for the up coming week is to do better.
I just need to slow down and stop worrying about quantity of post and work more on my quality. Thanks to all of you that read and comment on my post.

Celebrate your small successes, each step has its rewards. It can be difficult when there are so many things to consider and the wheel just keeps on turning. I get distracted too, and calming my mind amidst the madness through Qigong and meditation, has made all the difference. Lazy?, maybe not. Becoming overwhelmed stops progress in its tracks. It’s an inside job and you CAN do it.

My weekend was great actually even with the virus going...And a little from everyone will help I believe.
Quantity always is ahead of quantity, I think that would be the right move. to do..

My weekend was relaxing. Closed down for 2 days. Only sifted emails and kept current here. You're right Susan, quality over quantity. Achieve quality, and the quantity will follow.

Hi Fitzgerald, Yes there is a lot going on isn't there? I've tried to even not watch the News much (but I kind of did that anyway) because all you see is sadness and killing and stuff, makes me so sad so just don't watch. I will keep on and keep being myself and pray for all.
