It's A Bitter Sweet Time For Me
I have been here a long time and rarely write any of these blogs. But, I wanted to share that my son is going in the Navy in four days. It's a bit sad since time has flown since him signing up late 2019. And now, the time has come. I know it will be a while until I see him again after he leaves. I have been in the U.S. Marines and know how the deal works. He is now property of the U.S. government.
So, it's going to be rough for me. I haven't had the movitvation to bother with my site in a week. It doesn't seem to matter anyway as I have almost 500 posts on my website and nothing happens there anyway.
The only thing I would say is treasure your kids while you have them, they grow up so fast.
Ok, get back to work. Thanks

It's hard to see your children leave, for whatever reason. You get used to it, but you miss the daily interaction. Been there, done that. Wish you luck in getting through it all okay.
That is the way life goes, my mother wouldn't like me to go out abroad as I have a good life at home but my adventurous spirit wanted me to explore the world. Florentino
I understand where you are coming from as it relates to your son going into the Navy. I hope you do not mind but I will keep him in my prayers that he stay safe.
