THE OVERWHELMED and lonely Entrepreneur (it is NOT a sad post!)
Today is Sunday...it is a day I take more time for myself and generally I look back at the just passed week to spot new ways of improvements.
What I discovered in my almost 15 years of online business is that THE BUSINESS IS A REFLECTION OF YOU, and your energy, so I want to talk to all my friends here in WA or any other person will read my post to tell you a couple of things.
In my 51 years of life, I worked everywhere: small companies, university, big tech companies and now I run an online business (just in pause until September for a better re-organization), another one starting in this month, and the last one starting in a couple of months.
Why am I doing all this? Because I KNOW MYSELF and MY ENERGY and the IMPACT I want to leave in this world, not as a selfish and egoistic entrepreneur BUT as a person who TALKS TO OTHERS thanks to her business.
- My business is just a TOOL to express myself
I want you to repeat this simple mantra with me "My business is just a tool to express myself" because honestly, it is not important if you sell garden fertilizer or abstract artworks, what you are truly "selling" is YOUR VISION, YOUR VALUES AND YOUR PERSPECTIVE.
THE OVERWHELMED ENTREPRENEUR BECOMES SMARTER
I am lucky enough because I talk to many of you, understanding all the challenges and obstacles you all are facing, exactly as I am doing.
- What I see is that many of you FOCUS THEIR ATTENTION ON PROBLEMS
- When you do that, on an energetic level, you are sending this type of message: " I put my energy on problems so this means I am interested in problems so please send me more problems". This is a natural law, no guru stuff, it is quantum physic and ALL THE UNIVERSE works in this way, you included
- So here the ONLY thing that is asked to you is >>>> SHIFT YOUR ATTENTION FROM THE PROBLEMS TO THE SOLUTIONS"
- Instead of saying "I have this problem I cannot solve" shift on "There is surely a solution for this and I will surely find it"
Maybe this seems a joke to you, or something spiritual for boho chic californian people, right? HELL NO.
This is the difference between a human being curved on himself and A POWERFUL CREATOR OF LIFE as you actually are.
So, I leave you this simple technique: anytime a negative, powerless thought hits your mind, SHIFT THE ATTENTION to "I have all the energy and tools to solve this. Surely I will receive all the help I need in a very unexpected way from all kind of sources".
The more you guide your mind, the more you will discover the powet UNDER the mind which is actually YOU.
This is the very first LESSON OF BUSINESS any real entrepreneur would ever teach you: Mind YOUR MIND, ADDRESS YOUR ENERGY TO WHAT YOU WANT!

Thank you so much, the two things are interlinked to our "energy" (call it personality if it is better) but the goal to aim is to be OURSELVES, the business success will be the natural consequence!
You got some days on me I will be 51 on September 25th. I love the thought of shifting energies, it is like being in a prize fight and getting away from the battle every 3 minutes to recover, you swap focus and come out fighting.
Andy, you described it so perfectly! I did not want to mention the world "battle" evenif it SURELY is, until you don't understand something even more deeper.
The more you "fight" your mind, the more resistance you raise. This means you are investing the energy IN THE BATTLE, rather than SHIFTING ENERGY which is the true goal.
So, if you have a bad thought just say "I accept you" and SHIFT right there to something else. Don't fight just let it go!
My small trick is to have on my desktop a tarot card with the energy I want to embody. This month is the EMPEROR, so anytime I feel scared, powerless I watch at the card and remind: this is WHO I TRULY AM and shift my focus.
Find whatever works for you to shift! AT ANY COST!!!
