Lost & Confused - Beginner
Hi guys, so I know this might seem out of the blue but lately I've been feeling really lost and misguided with basically everything in my life right now. One of those things happens to be about this whole online blogging/affiliate thing...
I know I became a premium member just today and I know that in order to build up to success I need to put in a lot of time and effort, but the problem is that I don't know where to start. I have one personal blog where I keep my identity anonymous; it's kind of like an online journal where others can read everything I talk about but no one will know who the author behind the screen is.
I have created a website that I'm hoping to make my 'main' blog, where I want to write about lifestyle/beauty/personal health/food/travel, which would essentially be my niches, but I don't know if this is too broad of a blog theme or if it's alright. And then again I have no idea what to start writing about, or if it's going to get any viewers at all.
If anyone has specific guidance on how I can go about, please give me a gentle push -- I really don't want to hear the typical "keep going at it, you'll make it one day!" stuff because I know that I have to work hard to get what I want -- I just really need some sort of physical guidance from someone experienced for now.

Those are a lot of things to blog about. You want to pick a niche and write around that one. Whether it would be lifestyle, food, travel etc. Just start slow with the lessons and everthing will work out.

I think part of your difficulty moving forward is going to be the nature of your website in the fact that it is broad and encompasses so many topics.
lifestyle/beauty/personal health/food/travel, that literally includes 10,000's of different niches and You are going to be in a constant state of overwhelm if you continue down this path and don't refine it a little. Is the situation where you don't have anything to write about, because there are millions of things you can write about (so it is hard to find a starting point).
I would narrow down your niche here.
When deciding on a niche and trying to narrow down to a more specific niche, I recommend you ask yourself the following question:
I want to help people that ______________.
Fill in the blank and you are going to be much closer to a specific audience. After you do this and if you want to run any further ideas by me, let me know and I will give you a hand. :)
