WA is a shared server environment but isolated with reserved resources, load-balanced over two servers, optimised for WordPress with built-in management tools. In theory, yes you can host your own HTML/PHP files but they will not be supported by SiteSupport. WA will also not install any additional PHP Modules that you may require to run a non-WordPress website.

Hi - as the others have said, you will lose all access to this platform. Another option is to switch to monthly if you don't want to pay for a full year, but obviously it works out more expensive in the long run.

You will lose all membership rights including hosting as soon as your membership expires. You can't go back to being a free starter member.

I recommend you send a PM to Kyle with this question. My guess is you will cease to be a member of Wealthy Affiliate. You will have 30 days to move your websites to another hosting company.

You can always return. However, Kyle just sent out PM's that after May 11th, the annual registration fee will be raised to $495. This is still less than $588 which is what the monthly fee of $49 adds up to for 12 months.

Kyle also said Wealthy Affiliate will be offering a last time annual fee of $299 for new members. I am not sure if this would apply to existing members and I asked him that question.

At the same time members will be given new perks like one free .com website and other goodies. Plus the platform is being upgraded to give us a better opportunity to succeed.

I strongly recommend that you should not leave so that you can take advantage of the new things that are coming along soon.

I don't think FB likes us putting affiliate links directly on a FB page, which is why I have a FB page to tie in with my website that promotes WA. I only have my affiliate links on my website.

I tried but it does not let me have a long page. It cut some of my stuff out.

Oh, thanks for asking this, I just learned something new. I've been wondering how to remove the old image on my WA profile.

Just click on the image and it should pop up and you and can delete it. You may need to click on the 3 dots to see your main image
