Metacognition is the thinking of champions! Your thoughts ultimately creates results. The key is to focus on thought control and replace negative thought with positive thought geared towards achieving your vision. Self-talk with words characterized with "I am" are powerful because its present tense self talk, example: I am one with the universe. Nothing can stop me! I am laser focused and determined to go above and beyond, i am unbreakable towards all obstacles! Adversity is growth.

You can modify your self talk but make sure to put in "i am" words to let your mind know overtime that, that is what you are. Consistency is key to program your brain a give it a completed picture of the task. In essence your telling your brain, this is how i choose to be and this is who i want you to help me to become.

Self talk challenges us to do battle with our fears and end up the victor, it is the self talk that stir us into action, fills us up with self belief and plants our feet firmly on the bedrock of success! Cheers.
