Per the above question, this auto-populates and then I can't get rid of it to type my message.
I would really like to be able to send private messages but I can't because of this ongoing issue.
I can answer private messages that are sent to me without any problems.
Anyone know what to do to fix this?

There should be a little X in the upper-right-hand corner. Click that and you should be able to continue.

tried to copy and paste the screen so you can see what it is doing, but that didnt, please can you help?.
going back to work now will check back in about an hour or so.<
If you are Premium, and I see that you are, there should be no restrictions on your ability to send PMs.

When I try to write in the body section of a private message I keep getting a bunch of previous messages, training, etc fill in and I can't click to type anything if it does le
if you press shift and click on refresh then you load up a page not cached- try that before you clear your browser.
have you tried a new privacy window in your browser
can you try a different browser.
are you windows or mac
good luck getting it sorted
