Back From Vegas - Hiatus is Over
Hello ALL!
My one week hiatus turned into a two week hiatus. Got done with the birthday trip to Vegas with my daughter and came back to a litany of distractions that kept me from my literary duties for a total of TWO WEEKS!
We won a little, we lost a little, we drank more than we should have and we zip-lined down Fremont street!
My daughter has been well indoctrinated into the world of sinful adult pursuits and I am happy to say, while she had fun, I think she's perfectly happy pursuing the finer points of life instead. :)
Now my obsessive nature is causing my all manner of guilt as I ease back into the world of writing.
I hope you've all made excellent progress in my absence :)

Aha...adding delinquency to delinquency I see... Ha ha!
Glad you had an enjoyable trip..get any free food? Not sure they do that anymore.
I remember a military ball I attended there. Funny it took 6 hours round trip from 29 Palms, CA, and we were only there about 3 hours. It was marvelous tho...no winnings, no losings, just floating along the floor...magical!
Glad you're back tho...I need a diversion. ;)
No free food. That may still be a thing somewhere, but it's been many years since I've seen that.
Free drinks of course, so long as you're gambling. :)
A ball in Vegas does sound magical. I've been there for conventions, meetings and getaways, but never a ball.
I love dancing...but have never found my Fred Astaire! I used to two step in college, but that's been a long time ago. Line dancing is fun too. :)
