Second admin access questions

I want to get someone onto my site to do some administrative stuff. I have a question.
If I add someone with admin priveledges, do they have to sign into the site thru WA? If so, if they are eventually removed as an admin would they still be able to access the login area and use my login?

Dennis, When you allow someone to access your website
with admin privileges, they can access without entering WA.
They can? I can't even do that. I've tried and it always says I don't have permission.
Simply open your website in a new window and add
wp-login to the end of the domain name.
copy your password from your WA back office
use admin as the username.
I figured out why it kept saying I wasn't authorized. I kept clicking the "remember me" box.
