First few days at WA! Site is up and running!

Hi everyone,

So happy to be part of the community here and the WA family. Having decided to take the plunge into the arena of affiliate marketing, it is certainly a journey into the slightly unknown.

Over the years I've always wanted to set up a website and have a proper online presence, within the space of a few days here, I have discovered a few niches, set up a website in the niche area of unique gifts for men (the website is far from perfect, but a masterpiece in the making, still an amateur), have learnt a lot in terms of content, SEO, keywords and Wordpress. To my surprise I even added a few affiliate links to the site today, after asking a member how he did his.....I have some products up online! OMG! Can't believe what has been achieved in a few days?

Still not the masterpiece yet, far from it, still working on layout and a menu that is mixing in with the header image?? If anyone has any suggestions to amend it, I'm more than open to finding out.

Guess the goals within the next 3 months are to monetize it and actually get some customers, now that would be something and have it fully functional, would also like to look at the Affiliate Bootcamp during this time.

In 6 months, would like the 2 both fully up and running, earning revenue from both, with a 3rd niche website coming into play. Hope I'm not being too ambitious, but realistic. If I can help fellow WA members along the way, I would love to do so.
