Smiling actually makes you happier-Seriously. Our brains are hardwired to understand that we smile when we encounter something positive.The brain release endorphins and lowers our stress levels. By smiling during situations that are less exciting. We trick our brains into believing that we are experiencing something more desirable.That, in turn makes us feel happier. Try smiling in situations that seem monotonous, boring, or even difficult.

When times are darkest, we easily forget all the kind things that people say about us. We forget who we are, and we sink into a place we don't want to be. This is exactly when a "Love + Good Stuff" folder, or box. Put into it cards, printed emails, kind notes and positive written words that anyone ever says about you. Place your folder somewhere easily accessible. Add to it and review it as often as possible!

Write a list of five things that you enjoy doing- anything from visiting places you love to reading books that give you pleasure.Share the list with someone for accountability., and invite them to write their own list. Then, over the next 30 days, schedule time to do each of the the items on the list.At the end of the month, share your experience with someone and then write the next month's list!Repeat monthly, enjoy living life filled with intentional moments.
