How long does it take for a domain redirect to activate?
All the ones I have done usually take 30 minutes at the most. However, it can vary and I have heard of some taking up to 48 hours, but I think that is rare.

Paypal has closed my account for no reason and I need to change the way I get my commissions. What are the other alternatives?

Hi - if you are talking about your commission from WA, wire transfer is possible but only if the amount is more than $1000 per month.
Just PayPal. You can open a new PayPal with a different email address and a new checking account. And change it to business vs personal.
What are the other payment options for commissions other than paypal?

Often the issue is related to your theme. Pagespeed is a headache for me too! Sometimes the only solution is to get in contact with the theme. Can you be more specific about the issues?
If you click on the G at the end it will take you to Google Pagespeed, this will give you specific info for each URL. Or you can just enter your main URL into the Google Pagespeed and see what improvements come up. This make sense? I can take some screenshots if it doesn't.
