Inserting Keywords
I appreciate that this is a newbie question but can somebody explain the use of keywords to me?
I understand how to choose them and use them in the context of a post but do I have to list the in the back office part of my site where it says SEO title, SEO Description and SEO keywords?

Thanks guys for the steer. However, my question concerned my posts. In my admin area of my site, when I list my posts, the headings of SEO title, SEO Description and SEO keywords appear. Do I have to insert the keywords, description and title for every post? If so, how do I do it?
