Greatly Speed Up Your Research!
Awhile back I discovered how to cut my research time in (roughly) half.
Particularly if you are in the natural niche (but this would likely work for anything nowadays), if you feel suspicious about something that is commonly believed, first of ALL, don't use G00gle.
Next, even if you don't totally believe it, assume what you suspect the truth might be, and search accordingly.
For example, I think there is something fishy about the sun being widely believed to cause skin cancer. I type in "the sun does not cause skin cancer", and, well, I'll be a blue-nosed gopher!
Truthful, factual, proven scientific documentation, galore!
If you type in "does the sun cause cancer", you are going to get a thousand articles come up with the same old regurgitated "facts" that everybody already assumes are true. And you have to wade through it all.
I find it very sadly disturbing that one of the main things that I have come to consider as making me stand out with my website is reporting health information that is factual!
What a weird gimmick!
But I'm not here to sound a bitter trumpet from atop my high horse. Who stands on a rooftop... I have that penciled in for Wednesday. Jokey-jokey.
As I mentioned, this might not be relevant to all niches, at least as much as mine. And it may not be any sort of amazing revelation to many. Also, it may be a bit redundant to something I previously posted. But I thought it would be worth a share.

duckduckgo is a great way to go and not have google ads bugging you!
it's free and (really) takes about a minute to bug out from Google stalking you!.

I heard somebody raving about Yandex, too. I haven't really tried it...

Wished what I was reading was more focused on what Yandex could do for us peeps, but it does have a lot of amazing features for free.
I've been using a free version of Malwarebytes on my computer for years, just have to put up with a little sale offers occasionally. I
didn't upgrade because no money. I did buy M for my phone at $10/ year.
Malwarebytes Free version is great if you are needing it, they have proved themselves to me for over 9 years. Some holiday times they offer hot deals you would never know about if not for having the Free version!
I also have fix me stick and start me stick. I probably am not spelling it correctly, but those are great products too from HSN on a 5 pay. flex pay plan. Well, that was like break $70 into 5 payments. And can use them on up to 5 or 6 computers like forever.

So I just went to duckduckgo and typed in a controversial statement "Cordwainer Smith greatest science fiction writer" --my dad wrote some good stuff but I don't claim he was the greatest ever, But BINGO! Some people did, on quora no less!

This year, I wanted to make some changes to my Anti-Virus software and just like that, you guys helped me make a decision on Malwarebytes.
From my research and your endorsement, it is the way I will go.
Craig, your research technique is interesting and I will try it out as I go along.
DuckDuckGo is great and I often use it in conjunction with Google and Quora.
In my humble opinion, the more specific you can get with your titles and content, the more you will stand out.
