For the past couple of days, one thought has been looping in my mind: How incredible would it be if life actually had a Ctrl+Z key?

To be completely honest with you, looking back at my journey can be painful.

I think about the tasks I neglected, the goals I postponed, and the times I simply didn't give 100% of my heart and effort. It hurts to reflect on those lost moments.

But as much as we wish for it: There is no Ctrl+Z in real life.

We cannot press a shortcut key to erase yesterday. What we can do, however, is realize that while the past is set in stone, the future is completely unwritten—and it is shaped entirely by what we do right now in the present.

There’s a famous ancient proverb that says: "It is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness."

Regret is just us sitting in the dark, wishing the room was lit. Taking action today is lighting that candle.
