The people on those lists have probably already been bombarded with emails and to them you are just another pain in the butt.
So take your time and build your own from people who have asked questions and other business related to yours.
But that is just me. Certainly try it once or twice to see what happens, you never know you might get lucky.

Hi - absolutely not. And in fact, in some countries, it is actually illegal to send emails to people who have not specifically opted in to receive them from you, and your internet provider could close your account if you are seen to be doing this.
