Self care isn't selfish

As a mother and father self -care is important to thrive and be the best inside and out. It is so easy to forget about yourself when trying to provide for our loved ones' day today. I felt at times that my children should come first no matter what but there should not be a number in place or who should come first, self-care must fit in where ever it's needed.

Knowledge self-care, adding knowledge to our life helps the ones around us and gives an expansion of our territory. Expanded minds with knowledge expand people connected to you. Enroll in self-help classes' or educational classes' whichever you prefer or google information you want to know.

Mental self-care, keeping the mind clear of all clutter and stress that weighs you down, Getaway, refreshing, and reorganizing how you do things in your life are wonderful and smart. Change your scenery release pressure on the mind, and take the little ones' big ones to a babysitter. Pay them well and they will be there for you whenever you need them.

Physical self-care is very important because a mom has so many activities that have to get done. Take time to walk in the park the mall a block in the neighborhood it helps or whatever your thing is for exercise. Let us keep that blood circulating.
