Since my wife pass away, 1st June, 2016, I have not touch my computer until now and I still paying my monthly premium fee of USD47.00, now I decided I want to stop paying as I am still not myself yet.
I realise that my money is missing from my bank account that I found out after 5 months. In Malaysian dollars it is more than a thousand and I cannot generate any income to offset my monthly premium fee, thus, I decide to stop my premiumship and fall back to free membership.
I hope you were aBle to stop. If not got to your setting of how you pay them and turn it off, their stop button is broken.
I want to go back to my free acount for right now. WA is being drafted out of my bank account how can I stop that and go back to my free account?
Hi. Once you are a premium member, you are always a premium member. WA doesn't allow you to go back to being a free member. The only thing you can do to stop WA from collecting monthly payments is to move your site to another host and close your account. Sorry I don't have better news.
Thanks for the information. I will just delete my website I couldn't get it off the ground anyway. That's why I'm quiting I'm not any good at writing content. Can you tell me how I go about closing my account?
This is a wonderful opportunity for people that have a gift for writing. I just had to finally accept I'm not one of you.

To close your account, you go into Account Settings (lower left corner) and then to Subscription Settings. Click on Manage under Membership and you can close your account. Also, if you don't want to receive emails from WA anymore, make sure you go to the bottom of the page and put in the appropriate checkmarks. Wish you all the best in your future endeavors. :)
If you just cancel your payments through PayPal, they should automatically downgrade you after the month you paid for runs out.

My car stopped running and I have a time conflict. I need to back off until a later time.Love the program just can focus right now. Please drop me back to a non paying role for this time period.
