Posting your website on your blog.
Welcome to the New Year!
Thought I'd get a little inside information from everyone! I definitely have at least a few of my websites posted on the lower right corner of my profile. You are more than welcome to go take a look at my profile. And also, even though I am not one of the heavy hitters, you can certainly take a look at those websites.
I was wondering how the rest of the community thought of that feature of WA. Why do you or do you not publish your websites? Are you worried that someone will steal your idea? Are your worried that someone won't appreciate your website?
I look at it this way. The inexperienced of us can take a look at some of those websites and get ideas as to asthetics, positioning of the information, examples of good websites, etc etc.
The experienced of us can go take a look at the inexperienced websites and give a little freebie feedback or a random comment here and there. And of course there is a system for requesting comments and feedback, which we all use from time to time.
Bottom line, post below whether you consider yourself experienced or inexperienced, and what your opinion of this feature of WA is, yay or nay.
Have a successful 2019!
Steve

You are correct putting your websites on your profile, and not on your posts for the community. We see that a lot, especially from newbies, who don't know any better. It is against the rules to put websites in posts because Kyle and Carson consider that to be spam, which is a big NO, NO. Thanks for bringing up this important point.

Good Morning Steve,
I have both my websites and also my Pinterest account on my profile.
Quite some time ago Patsy had big trouble as somebody stole her content and put it on their website. It was a big hassle, even had to contact Google various times and also notifying that person, to have it taken away. A situation like that is not good for your nerves and Patsy decided to take her website off her profile. I can understand that. I suppose it comes down to what experience you have.
Good wishes for a happy, healthy and successful 2019
Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske
Taetske, Long time no talk to! Thanks for the input! I can understand her concern, it must have been a good website.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your thoughts on this. for me, it's a yay!
I also share my site and other social media accounts with the other members. I figure, if people can draw inspiration from some of my posts then that's great. If someone is out to 'copy' anything, then they can find the site on google regardless so there's no stopping.
I always love critical feedback, so if anyone ever wants to check out my sites and give me their two cents worth, I welcome it! :)
Will have to head over to your site for a sneakypeak now ;-)
Hehehe, I doubt you'll find anything worth looking at but THANKS! And thanks for your input here!

Hi Steve, My daughter is more experienced than I am. Of course, that's not saying much. Since all the young ones a more experienced than us Seniors. Anywho, I'm a newbie and my technology skills are zilch. I'm learning a lot here at WA. I sure as I continue I would become quite the expert.
Cherryl, my granddaughter used to sit on my lap while we played the games and listened to the stories on NickJr when she 15 months old, she could get to all those games and move around that screen long before she could even TALK! LOL
