As we sit to contemplate all these diverse questions about how to spring forward, Life is good and ca of us forget the fact that we haven't mastered square 1, 2 , and 3.

Before we get all gung-ho about making big headlines, let's learn the fundamentals.

Breathe, Exercise, clear your mind prior to writing anything, then keep going.

You'd be surprised how great ideas stem from original jibberish then on a second look becomes a golden idea. Call me wierd, but it happens more often than you would think.

We are our own worst critics waiting on perfection, yet it rarely occurs if you force it. Put it down, look at it, then evaluate it after a few minutes or hours, whatever it takes...it's not a sprint...it's a life marathon that could last much longer.
