Calling All Members Over 50: How Has Your Wealthy Affiliate Experience Been?
Hi everyone! I’m doing a small case study and I’m curious to know how many members in the Wealthy Affiliate community are over 50 or currently in retirement. If that’s you, how has your experience been so far? What aspects of Wealthy Affiliate have you found most helpful or enjoyable as a senior entrepreneur?

Hi Steve, I am past retirement age, but dont wish to retire:-). I am very busy blogging on WA, and also building a property business and 3 Youtube channels. I find the training on the WA platform to be excellent. I particularly like having the ability to create content using the built in AI features and keyword research on WA, and the hubs and recommended training for each website. Overall I think WA is brilliant and it was the best thing I ever did since looking into online business in 2017, cheers Alan.

I'll be 64 in a few weeks and retire in 2025. The idea of retirement used to be depressing, especially when I thought about watching TV and listening to the tick-tock clock ticking in the corner.
What's on TV anyway: drama, love, anger, sadness, good guys, bad guys, and the news? Yes, but it's not real. All those elements are found here at Wealthy Affiliate; they're real, not pretend. Community and engagement are elements I genuinely enjoy in WA.
And the money? My retirement is going to be very good. It is so exciting to see this working—it's mind-blowing, really.

I’m 72 and I’ve found WA to be a very enlightening and fun experience. I greatly enjoy the chat, the training and especially the support! I wish I had started sooner! 😁👴

I'll probably fully retire sometime in 2025. I found WA when I was looking for a way to take my musical hobby online and perhaps create a small income in the process.
I love the community here, and the training is world-class! 😎

Good morning Steve,
I work online, Steve, but I also have an offline business that takes quite a bit of my time. The long term plan when I first started out online was to grow my online business so that I can work from anywhere and have much more flexibility.
I'm hoping that this plan will come into action in the next few months, as I know I can scale my online business given the time. I also hope to sell my offline business.
However, going back to your original question, I have been a member like yourself for almost ten years. Although, it looks like you may have been away for a while, Steve. I originally joined for the regular training, but I very much value being able to ask a question and communicate with like-minded people. I believe the platform brings great value to the full annual membership that I pay, which I can offset against tax. I have no intentions of leaving!
