Hey everyone, Im struggling to set up Bing webmaster. What exactly does it mean by Download BingSiteAuth.xml and upload file to mysite/BingSiteAuth.xml?

The file is provided by Bing, you will need to download it from Bing webmaster tools, and use FTP to upload the file to your site.
Where are you seeing this? Because I just added a site to bing, and they pulled what they needed from my google account.
