The Importance Of Keeping Focused

Don't Let Procrastination Be The Reason You Don't Succeed

• There are few things I find more frustrating in life as procrastination.
• The art of doing loads to get nothing done.
• The feeling that you have planned, worked, and tried so hard yet produced nothing but frustration and wonderment at where the time has gone.

Well, I have finally realized that

1. I do it all the time
2. I now see how it is affecting my business and chances of succeeding
3. What I plan to do to fix it.

So for the reasons above I will make this post short and sweet ( as I only have 15 mins :) )

I realize there are loads of training material and blogs on the subject, I am just sharing what helps me. And, if one person make their day more productive then that will be great.

How You Can Make Your Day More Productive

1. 1. Set a REALISTIC amount of time to achieve your daily tasks.
2. Make a Short Bullet List With Main Tasks - Break down to Sub tasks if needed.
3. Allocate the tasks an amount of time to complete.
4. Allocate 'break times'
5. And this is what helps me the most - Allocate 'Play Time' ( messing around with pic monkey, browsing add-ons, googling 'what's better to use X product or Y product'
6. Don't be too hard on yourself if you don't follow your plan, use it to re-plan and see what works best for you
