Hi Steven. I think the problem is that you are not allowed to add links to the description in Facebook. You need to share directly from your blog and the URL will come up underneath.
This is why it comes up as soon as you type the URL.
You can share from Pinterest but not add your URL within the description.
Your website URL is added to the about you & bio section of your page.

Thank you for confirming my first thought Kerry that you are not allowed to add links....;

Hi Steven,

I see that this is a Facebook message. Where were you sharing your post? In the FB groups? If so, it must be that some competitors wanted to get rid of your posts and reported your post as abusive... human nature! sigh! Facebook takes forever to review per appeal, but you still should appeal.

Good luck!

Facebook is cracking down on disinfo because of election year in the states. So that could be why. Sometimes it’s for other reasons.

Thanks for your help

Hi Steven, Send me your site link, I will take a look. FB has a banned word list and not all of those are offensive. I will try to find the list too.

Hi Steven, RoseAnn answers the problem well. Here's a list relating to Facebook policy written a little under two years ago: https://gizmodo.com/here-s-everything-that-s-banned-on-facebook-all-on-one-1825495383
It's worth a read through. Some things are obvious, others not so much so and all based on community complaints. Phrases like "earn $" or "this can make you wealthy" even if you mean "wealthy" as in WA can lead to blocked posts or refusal by FB to run ads. Also, if an image contains more than 20% text, they will run it but it won't always reach very far. If you want to learn more, Facebook Blueprint offers free courses and completing some gives you Facebook credibility in their eyes.
Hope this helps, have a great day
Steve
