This is a question which I would be really interested in learning the answer to. I am based in Malaysia and this question has been on my mind. I have just completed Level 1 of the Getting started Course #1 and realise that this is early days for me. Glad you raised it up and I look forward to learning this together. Cheers.
I actually have the answers. I just posted the question to draw attention as a number of people are talking about only writing in english. There are large markets outside of the english speaking world and I'd like to help people to address them. Have fun MargaretY. This is all good stuff.
