Gotta love this place!
It's funny I come up with new ideas everyday, in doing so I tend to ask the community for help first. There are so many people with such good information, why not ask questions first. In the end I usually find my answers or take it upon myself to make something work the way I want. Case in point, I wanted to put an email capture or squeeze page attached to only one page in my site, needless to say that after looking at advice from everyone I figured it out and now have just what I wanted. With this awesome community behind me I now know I can do anything and make every site as good as anybody's. Here is a look at what I did, probably no big deal to most but after I completed my task it gave me the biggest satisfaction just to see it work. :)

Here's one for you. Come up with (and share with me) 5 lowcost/no cost ways to get more targeted traffic to come to your site.

Thanks Larry, it works I have 5 emails in the first day. I had no email over the first month. I guess people like to think they were special and got into a special page. Before I put this up I had 300 clicks in a month and only 1 referral, now at least I know people are looking and not just bouncing out.
