My website in progress...
Ok so I've been here since Monday and spent in total about 12 hours on learning, my website, and researching and joining affiliates.
I haven't even worried about gaining traffic yet as I want to work on the website over the weekend first but I'm being brave right now and posting it here to get some early feedback.... I'm pretty nervous I'll be honest, but here it is www.orlandoaddict.com
It's completely in progress and I also have a question. I'm totally confused about posts/pages. I have my reviews as a webpage as you will see, but I don't know if these should be posts? What do you think?
Ignore the code on the first page, I have to leave that in until I get approved on one of the affiliate networks, then I can remove it

Hi Stephy - I think you're doing great so far! What you might want to consider is using a theme which allows the use of several images, a 'slider' for the header. Because of the nature of your website it'd be good to show/promote Orlando in this way. Hope this helps :)
Thank you so much! I'm totally guilty of not looking through the themes properly and just picking the first one that I liked! I will definitely go through them properly this weekend. How do I find out which theme will allow this or is it a case of just going through and trying each one? Sorry for being so clueless!
I think you will need a logo of your website in future. You also need to fix that pictures compilation on top, because some of the pictures are a bit narrowed. Text block itself needs a bit better formating. What I mean is, that in some of the reviews pictures and text are not creating unity.I suggest that to an article you can just add a simple flash gallery as a widged. I think thats a good solution. Thank you! Logo is a plan for the weekend, although I'm rather stumped on this as I'm not too creative in that department. The pictures I did rushed last night and I'm not happy with so will have a play with that.... Your last sentence doesn't mean much to me right now! I will have a google about flash gallery. I wish I could find a quick way for sorting through all the themes - that would be a good question to ask the WA community! And sorry, I meant to answer your question about posts/pages, again I think this depends on the theme you choose. For eg, my website has the blogroll as the home page so any review I make goes directly to the top of this page and I also store these away into categories, it's a neater way to store posts instead of from a page on the menu. This was all really confusing to me too at the start but as you create more content and go through the courses you''ll understand it better.
