How to Change From Smart Campaigns in Google Ads

Hi folks...
I am used to using Google Ads and know how to set up a campaign for £5 before scaling.
However, Google Ads has now added Smart Campaigns to the mix and I don't know how to switch from Smart Campaigns to the normal campaign settings where manual changes are allowed.
Hope this is clear, because I'd sure like to know how to fix this!

I looked it up; I could not find smart to normal; however, but smart to expert. It sounds like smart is the base.

That's what I meant - Normal to expert...I need to be working in the expert mode...
But somehow, my campaigns in Google Ads are set to smart campaigns.
I'm not sure where in Tools and Settings, I'm meant to switch to Expert Mode..
Could you advise me on what to do next?
