How to Change From Smart Campaigns in Google Ads

Hi folks...
I am used to using Google Ads and know how to set up a campaign for £5 before scaling.
However, Google Ads has now added Smart Campaigns to the mix and I don't know how to switch from Smart Campaigns to the normal campaign settings where manual changes are allowed.
Hope this is clear, because I'd sure like to know how to fix this!
