We all know that building trust with potential customers is the foundation for building a successful business. What happens when your business is online though? how do you build trust?

I would like to give you w short tips on how this can be achieved:

1. Transparency
This is in terms of who you are. Don't be "hidden" online but at the same time don't reveal all your personal information (for obvious reasons). People need to know who you are and why you are doing what you are doing.

2. Truly care to connect
Good communication through your content can make you money. True connection can make you rich. This is a law in every business. That only happens if you truly care for your audience. If you want to really learn and not only click on the banners on your site.
