when i look at my website, the word "Forbidden" appear. It said I don't have permission.
I got a response back for support; this is what they said.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
There have been some issues with the server your website is on and we are working on resolving them however we have moved your site to another hosting server and you should be able to access it once the DNS propagates to the new server at your end.
I had the same issue but its sorted now. They had a few problems on the server that was hosting my site. It will be the same server as you all by sounds of it.
The transferred my site to.a different server and it was back up once moved over. Took about 20 mins. Really pleased with how quickly they fixed it for me. Another fantastic feature of WA.
I just tried to look at it. It is showing forbidden to me also. Do its not related to your computer or internet service. You may have to do help request. Good luck getting problem resolved.

In the process of building my sitemap, I chose "hemorrhoidswatch.com" over "www.hemorrhoidswatch.com" as my preferred domain. Do I need to redirect the previous
Do You host this domain here on WA? If so, there should be no difference for the user, if they type in the URL with or without the "www". It should work with others domain registrars as well, but it could be that You have to change some little things in the domain settings.
Best practice: try it out.
On my end both work fine.
