Should I wait until the site is indexed before adding more blogs, just keep a draft to post later?
The more content you have the more content you will get indexed. Don't worry about getting indexed, just worry about producing quality helpful content. If you go through the training and learn to use Webmaster Tools, that is a great way to get indexed or try this: How To Get Indexed Quicker

Should I wait until the site is indexed before adding more blogs, just keep a draft to post later?
Personally, I would just keep going with writing and publishing content with good keyword placement on a regular basis. You probably won't get traffic immediately after getting ranked, but the more you post, the higher it will keep ranking, thus traffic will start rolling in after you have a great deal of content. Just my two cents. Best of luck on your path!
