Okay so I had to take a short break about a week family needed me I am back now and have gotten some emails saying my site has ranked on Google but I can not figure out how to find out what it has been ranked if anyone knows how I I can go about doing this pleasr let me know thanks alot š

This means that your site is INDEXED by Google, they have found it. It doesn't necessarily mean you are ranking too well just yet, under the keywords that you are targeting, but that will happen as you gain authority.
Indexed means Google has found you, which is a good thing. :)
