Walk your talk
One of the hardest lessons that I've had to learn is walking my talk. I tell my clients the same things over and over again:
- stretch your chest muscles, strengthen your upper back
- drink more water
- take Magnesium to combat calf cramps & insomnia
- get more sleep
- use a tennis ball as your own personal massage therapist to work out tension in your chest, back, glutes and calves
- do some yoga, meditation & deep breathing
I know that I feel better when I do all of those things, but I'm often too busy running my business to follow through on my own suggestions.
I don't think that having a passion in life is enough. You can't help or influence others unless you live it.

Perhaps if you look at your time management you may be able to fit it in even if you break it up to 15mins x 3 per day..
