One of the hardest lessons that I've had to learn is walking my talk. I tell my clients the same things over and over again:

  • stretch your chest muscles, strengthen your upper back
  • drink more water
  • take Magnesium to combat calf cramps & insomnia
  • get more sleep
  • use a tennis ball as your own personal massage therapist to work out tension in your chest, back, glutes and calves
  • do some yoga, meditation & deep breathing

I know that I feel better when I do all of those things, but I'm often too busy running my business to follow through on my own suggestions.

I don't think that having a passion in life is enough. You can't help or influence others unless you live it.
