Making Tea
It's a chilly night here in Port Stanley, Ontario, Canada. I had a hankering for tea. I usually chop fresh garlic & ginger, squeeze in some fresh lemon, stir in a 1/2 spoon of honey, and add a pinch of sea salt. Today, all I had was hot water, ginger & honey. And guess what? My tea is still delicious!
What relevance does this have to WA/blogs? Well, I think we get stuck in a rut and believe that we have to write the same way all the time, in the same chair, at the same desk. When we shake things up, the results can be good.
If you're in a rut, or not everything is aligned exactly right, you will still find success. Just go with it!

"I don’t think of the past anymore, I don’t think of the future anymore, I’m free from the past, from the future, and there is a real encounter between me and the tea.”
‘Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the world earth revolves – slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future. Live the actual moment.’
~Thich Nhat Hanh

Hi Sherri, I was wondering what you've been up to. Now I know :-) I hope all is well with you and that you're making good progress.
Hi. I have been busy taking Sherri time. I took most of Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday off this week and just wandered around town, took photos, sat outside, watched the sailboats... It was lovely. I also had 400+emails to sort through!
There is nothing wrong with a good cup of tea.
Last night I had a few cups of Chamomile tea with some honey and lemon.
Great tonic for the digestive system also great before you go to bed.
Helps to relax and you do feel better the next day too.
Which in turn will help you want to do more work on WA site. So yep tea has it's relevance with WA .
Thanks Sherri your a gem.
Have a great evening and a fantastic week before you.
Andre
Thank you, Andre.
I'm actually allergic, or I guess intolerant, to your favorite tea. It back fires on me and keeps me awake all night!
Yes there are some people that can have an allergies. The Chamomile come from the daisy and ragweed family.
Normally people who have allergies to this will normally be prone to Chamomile. Some can have serious issues if it is bad. So at least you are aware of it. That would also go with any soaps etc that may contain some form of chamomile in it too.
Look after yourself with that and I guess best stick to tea you know is beneficial for you and your health. Then again you have much knowledge with this so it won't be a problems.
Take care of yourself
Andre
The tea sounds yummy. And you're right, there are many times we just have to step out in faith and try something new. Good point!
