SIMPLE Way To See What Your Facebook Page Is Worth?
Do you have a Facebook Page with LOTS of Friends and/or Likes? The more the better but more important is how responsive they are.
If you do have such a page, we could see how much I will pay you for ONE post. Please PM (Private Message) me with the amount of FB Friends you have and we'll see if we can make a little money together. Read on for more info.

I am promoting an "LOL" type of website (http://TwitchLOL.com) that generates revenues strictly with ads.
YOUR PART: You would simply do a Status update on your FB Wall w/ a picture I provide and a link to the site.
MY PART: Build the site and get ads on it.
IF your status update generates any ad revenues, we split that 50/50. And, obviously I will love to do more business with you in the future if the results are profitable.
If it doesn't work out, then at least we've built our network by 1 person.

I like where this is headed, but you'd be best to take all the money. 50/50 is too much too worry about. Trust me. Imagine 1000's of people going on that site posting pictures they like. Then compare that too taking all the Google Adsense money. Try and concentrate offering something to people that doesn't involve money. Also, if people know you're site is built around making money, they'll be less willing to want to join.
My Advice: set it up on your site where this is applicable to the major social directories like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Google +, etc. You could have 2 menu's, one with information across the top, then the social directories towards the lower menu. Fix it to where people can easily submit new photos FOR APPROVAL - so as not to spam, etc. - and publish them accordingly. Fix it to where people can easily like a picture for there wall, BAM. Easy adsense money. You could even try advertising a couple products related to social directories.
I think that in order for you to seriously get something like this going, you're going to need some sort of serious website advertising it or use some serious PPC advertising. you could even put on your small niche sites (or authority site if you have one) about this site on your About Me page that you operate it.

P.S. you could fix it to where it's 2 or 3 pictures max for each user. Problem solved. That way you wouldn't even need to spend any time maintaining it.

If I understand you correctly, I THINK you misunderstood my intention.
I am not looking for people to submit pictures on the TwitchLOL.com site.
Basically, I am looking for Facebook account owners that will subtle - ly "advertise" that site by posting a status update on their Profile Page (as if they came across a funny image on that site and said to their friends, "hey, look what I found on this site, click here to see more funny stuff).
I want to work with ONE FB Account owner at a time so I can see if they are a good traffic source. If so, I will keep them in my data base do more business with.
Does that make more sense?

I think I understand... It just does't seem a very profitable business unless you have a bunch of people regularly performing some sort of activity on your site and using that in conjunction with Facebook. But wish you the best with it.

Yeah, I might have to adjust the revenue model but first thing is traffic, and that's what I'm trying to focus on now. Thanks again for ALL your ideas. It may come in handy down the road.
